Information security

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. Information we collect and how we use it

 
Uploaded Files

When you open a file on this service, you upload the content of this file on our facilities. Uploaded files which are not being shared can remain on our servers for no longer then three weeks.

Uploaded files can remain on our servers for no longer then:

  • 1 day for the file which was not shared;
  • 3 days for the shared file which was shared by not registered user;
  • 1 month after last viewing for the shared file which was shared by registered user
  • 1 day for the shared file which sharing was canceled

Shared files can remain on our services for no longer then three weeks after its sharing was canceled.

We store and maintain uploaded files, emails and other data stored at our facilities in the United States or any other country. Use of AmiProject Services signifies your consent to such transfer of your data outside of your country. In order to prevent loss of data due to errors or system failures, we also keep backup copies of data including the contents of your Account and Uploaded files. We assure you that the contents of your Uploaded files and Account will not be disclosed to anyone and will not be accessible to employees of AmiProject in this capacity.

Cookies

When you visit AmiProject, we send one or more cookies – a small file containing a string of characters – to your computer or other device that uniquely identifies your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service, including for storing user preferences, improving ad selection. AmiProject also uses cookies in its advertising services to help advertisers and publishers serve and manage ads across the web.
